Shipping and Returns Policy

Adhering to the current covid restrictions in various parts of India, there may be a delay in your order, we are coordinating with our logistics partner to ensure safe and earliest delivery of your package. DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders. International orders are delivered within 10-12 business days and domestic orders: are delivered within 7- 9 business days. (You will see the delivery date for your order at the time of order confirmation.)
  • For pre-orders, events, and promotion-related merchandise, timelines may vary. Please refer to product descriptions for details.

Product cancellation:

  • We take requests on cancellations and entertain them before the product is dispatched, once it's invoiced we cannot cancel the order. If you wish to cancel, we urge you to reach out to us as soon as possible at askme@saundh.in. We shall intimate you within 24hrs of receiving the email.
  • Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Pre-paid transactions refund will be done within 10- 12 business days from the time of cancellations.
  • Cancellation won't be acceptable once the product has been shipped.

    Exchange Policy:

    • In case of exchange customer has to inform within 15 days of delivery.
    • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and in a saleable condition.
    • Product must be returned with all tags attached in their original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
    • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
    • Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
    • We will be able to process the exchange post-receipt of the original product.
    • Products can only be exchanged if they meet our terms and conditions.
    • Discounted products and Accessories will not be eligible for any kind of exchange or return.
    • Our Products are not eligible for refunds.
    • In Case you are unable to find the Exchange size or product we will issue an Online Credit Note with a validity of 90 days.

        Terms and conditions for Sale products:

        • All discounts/special pricing are valid till stock lasts.
        • Discounted products sold during the Sale period are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
        • No other offer or discount can be clubbed with the sale offers.
        • Discounts may be changed during the Sale period without prior intimation. This is applicable to both domestic as well as international online prices. No claims due to this can be entertained.
        • Due to increased number of orders during sale period- The delivery time of your order may vary. Please bear with us and reach out to our customer care team regarding any queries. Also, we can’t commit to processing any order amendments, cancellations, and changes in shipping or billing address post receiving the orders. We will be trying to our best capabilities though.
        • Fulfillment of orders will be subject to product availability and within certified product quality parameters.
        • In case a damaged product is received, please reach out to askme@saundh.in within 48 hours of receipt of your order with order details assisted with damaged pictures.
        • In case of any conflict with the standard Terms and Conditions mentioned on the website, the sale T&C will apply.
        • For all online orders that cannot be partially/fully delivered, a credit note will be issued within 15 Calendar days from the confirmation of cancellation.
        • All duties and taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer. Please refer to our shipping policies for more details.

        INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

        As soon you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.

        • Any additional taxes and customs charges that are levied by the destination country are to be borne by the customer. However, if you face any troubles there we will be happy to help.
